Collaborate in user-centric research with stakeholders to approach complex problems and build design solutions across multiple disciplines. Qualitative research methods for evaluative & acceptability, and generative research (e.g. interviews, observations, focus groups, and co-design workshops) and new forms of design thinking methods may be applied to gain insight.
